people nowadays teach their children english since they're very young..
so no wonder their English sometimes are better than ours..   

i also learnt english since kindergarten i guess...
but i took the tuition since the primary school until the university..

but now i rarely speak english because i don't have any partner to speak with..
that's too bad..
